whenugotrailers.com offers the following Returns Policy:

1.  For returns, you must email us and obtain an return goods authorization (RGA).  In your email give a brief description on why you're returning the item.
2.  Consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3.  You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your item on your intent to return.
4.  This return policy does not apply to any trailer models. 
5.  You will receive credit for return item within 10 business days.
